Die hier vorgelegte, relativ selten zu findende Schrift zur Geschichte von Elsaß-Lothringen eines anonymen Autors dürfte von Hermann Bickler stammen, einem in jenen Zeiten für die Autonomie und später für die Integration des Elsaß in das damalige Deutsche Reich streitenden Akti-visten, dessen ebenfalls sehr rar gewordenes Buch „Widerstand” aus dem Jahre 1942 ebenfalls in dieser Sammlung von Büchern und Schriften zur Verfügung steht.
